LISA December 2021 Release 10.0.22 – Release Notes

NEW FEATURES 

Licensing Split – In this release LISA functionality is split across multiple configuration keys and license keys. Kindly ensure you’ve followed the instructions from the bluefort support team and deployed all the licenses sent by the bluefort licensing team before deploying this release. Always test on your Tier2/UAT/SAT environment before deploying to PROD. 

Removing pending hours from a project entitlement action – Reset pending hours for firmed and posted project hours entitlement actions. 

Integration with standard D365 Finance Cash Flow Forecasting Functionality – It is now possible to include data from LISA forecasts into the standard Cash Flow forecasting functionality of D365-Finance. 

Rename Program Type Function – If the environment is not linked via dual-write it is now possible to safely rename a program type which also updates all references in all tables having a Program Type field. 

Link Sales Orders to Subscription Plans – It is now possible to link an invoiced sales order to a subscription plan which also generates a posted (historical) action based on the sales order line to ensure that Subscriptions Sales Orders created manually are still part of the actions framework which is the basis for subscription analytics and reporting. 

Parameterise automatic journal posting for accruals – It is now possible to control whether accrual journals are automatically posted. This can be done from Subscription Management Parameters. -> Subscription actions. 

Use session/system date as action date – It is now possible to enforce the use of the session or system date as the action date for an action record. This can be done from Subscription Management Parameters. -> Subscription actions. 

Improvements to subscription sales quotations – Further improvements to subscription sales quotations and how they integrate with the Subscription Management Model Driven app in Dynamics 365 (CRM) on Dataverse. 

Improvements to CDS entities – Some important calculated values on subscription plan lines are now exposed to the CDS data entity for more visibility in the Subscription Management Model Driven app in Dynamics 365 (CRM) on Dataverse. 

Bug fixes and other functional and performance improvements.
