Future Cancellation Date – It is now possible to specify future cancellation date for a subscription quote line. In the subscription plan it is possible to specify a future cancellation date for the whole plan or for a specific plan line. It also possible to specify whether a credit note action should automatically be generated and the date of the credit note.
Update Quotation Lines ‘Applicable Start Date’ based on ‘Global Start date’ – Only for new quotes, when changing the global start date on the quotation header and lines exist, a pop-up asks the user whether the global start date should cascade to the quotation lines.
Enhancements to ‘Refresh prices’ button – Several enhancements have been added to this button. The process is now able to run in batch over several subscription plans from the main menu. There is also the ability to do a price index based on a percentage or inherit from standard pricing from trade agreements.
Subscription Suspensions – It is now possible to configure subscription suspension rules from ‘Subscription suspension setup’. These rules temporarily suspend the subscription plan from generating any actions but renewal dates are still updated just like the ‘Pause subscription’ functionality.

Sync auto firm renewal approval options – In previous versions of LISA, if ‘Automatic firming’ is turned on in parameters, renewal approval actions were also automatically firmed. This now controlled via a parameter. If you would like to retain the old functionality were renewal approval actions continue to be automatically firmed then run this job. Else, this job is not needed to be run.
