IMPORTANT COMMUNICATIONS

Please note as part of the LISA product suite strategic re-alignment, as of this release i.e. LISA June 2022 Wave 1 Release the modules will change from Subscription management to Enterprise subscription automation upon deployment of this package.

LISA BusinessPro June 2022 Wave 1 V3 release contains an update to the purchase fields inheritance logic from parents for subscription plan lines containing add-ons.

NEW FEATURES

Retain active entitlements – It is now possible to retain active product and project hours entitlements when cancelling a subscription plan or using the future cancellation features.

Extended visibility for Renew to self-field – The field ‘Renew to self’ in Renewal options is now available to use in sales quotation headers in FO and also in sales quote headers from the CRM model driven app.

Index targeting in price indexing – It is now possible to define a target for price indexing. The options are “Sales price per month” which is the default and existing functionality before this release and “Billing period sales amount excluding VAT after discount” which applies the price indexing to the value after discount.

Extended visibility for consumption and meterage functionality – This functionality has now been exposed to the CRM model driven app. The new dual write table maps that are part of this release should be configured to make use of this functionality.

P+EP: Support for Revenue and Cost recognition items – It is now possible to use Revenue and Cost recognition items also on subscription plans which are of the type Perpetual + Enhancement Plan.

Bug fixes and other functional and performance improvements.
