NEW FEATURES
Smart Subscription Opportunities – With this release it is now possible to generate smart subscription opportunities. The logic is run based on the subscription dataset in LISA BusinessPro and the resulting subscription opportunities are generated in LISA Reach Sales in Dataverse. Generic information and a configuration guide for this functionality can be found here. We will also be releasing a demo recording on the learning portal soon.
Delivery addresses – It is now possible to link a specific delivery address to a subscription plan line and even overwrite the delivery address on unfirmed Sales invoice actions. Consumption data in the sales invoice report for consumption subscriptions is also grouped by delivery address.
ProjOps Project Hours Entitlements – LISA Reach Operations has been extended to also support creation of Project hours entitlements directly from the Dataverse/CRM side of Project Operations which are synchronized to FinOps side using dual-write.

FinOps Data jobs to be executed
Sync subscription opportunities – This only needs to be executed by customers who intend to use this new feature. This data job will set the ‘Smart Opportunities Time fence (in days)’ field on the Subscription Plan, which will be inherited from the Program Type or Program Type Legal Entity (if exists for the current legal entity).Additionally, the ‘Next Smart Opportunities run’ field will be set to the current System Date. The job runs across all legal entities having subscription plan records.
