IMPORTANT COMMUNICATIONS
Since the code signing certificate used to sign the ISV licenses for LISA BuisnessPro is expiring in September, new licenses using a new code signing certificate have been delivered by our licensing team. If no one in your organisation received the new license files, then it is important to request them from the bluefort licensing team.
The old licenses will not work with the August Wave 2 release or newer and the new licenses will not work with the August Wave 1 or older.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The old licenses will fail to install after the 12th of September due to them being signed with an expired certificate. This means that trying to install a package containing LISA BusinessPro August Wave 1 or older will not be possible after the 12th of September. LISA will still work on any environment running an August Wave 1 or older even after the 12th of September, but you will not be able to publish any new packages onto the environment without also upgrading LISA BusinessPro to August Wave 2 or later with the new licenses.
NEW FEATURES
Payment automation – This LISA BusinessPro version triggers the journey of payment automation. Via new parameters on the Billing positing profiles you can automatically generate customer and vendor payment journals automatically which are automatically marked against the invoice on the same action (or group of actions). It is also possible to post the payment journal directly from within the Subscription management cockpit or the Subscription actions cockpit. We plan to continue building out on this feature in upcoming releases and we will also soon be announcing major partnerships in the payment automation space.
New parameter to disable automatic Cancel with Reversal action posting – By virtue of a new parameter you can now have more granular control on the “Cancel with reversal process” by disabling automatic posting of the invoice action.
