LISA Reach Sales Subscription Invoices – It is now possible to identify subscription invoices as part of the data entity, the dual write table map and the model driven app.
Customer surveys – It is now possible to link one or more customer survey records to subscription plan lines and link the surveys to a customer contact. The data is then exposed via a data entity which can be consumed in Power Platform / Microsoft Forms to send out surveys to customers which are specific to the product and other subscription data on the subscription plan lines
Quotation Master Contracts – When confirming a quotation which results in multiple subscription plans, it is now possible to group the resulting subscription plans under one master contract. A few benefits of master contracts are grouping sales order lines from different subscription plans under one invoice and making it clear that a set of subscription plans are in the same group under the same parent contract.
Bug fixes and other functional and performance improvements.
KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS RELEASE: Known issue exists on P+EP subscription plans with “Create Purchase Order” field set to TRUE, where the “Date from” field and “Date to” fields on the generated actions are not following the same pattern as “Global end date” field on the subscription plan header when it comes to 2nd cycle prorata subscription plan lines. A V2 version of this release will be released shortly to overcome this issue.
