- In the LISA Reach Enterprise Subscription Automation model driven app which is part of LISA Reach it is now possible to make use of the standard D365 Sales upsell/cross sell features where using the Product suggestions button a sales person is guided on what other products to cross or upsell based on the current opportunity or quote line. The quote lines can be new or initialized based on existing subscriptions/contracts.
