GoCardless: Chargebacks: The chargeback process involves the reversal of a financial transaction initiated by a customer, typically due to disputes, fraud, or dissatisfaction with a product or service. The ability to reverse a payment due to chargeback reasons has been added for GoCardless.

NEW FEATURES – MS Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse) – TAPP CRM / TAPP CRM ERP
New features included for TAPP CRM / TAPP CRM ERP:
GoCardless: Charge Date on Account / Contact and show charge date on invoice report – Adding a Direct Debit time fence at contact and account level to calculate the next payment charge date. This is applicable to CRM only, not ERP. If a customer is enabled for GoCardless Direct Debit, it will automatically get inherited from the TAPP on boarding parameters form.
Create Offline Mandate from CRM (TAPP ERP)– Allows Direct Debit Mandate to be created offline without user interaction. Information gets pulled from offline forms of communication. In the customer form, there is a flag named “create offline mandate” which will be turned off as soon as an offline mandate has been created. When the customer default bank account is amended, and no mandates linked to this bank account are found, the offline mandate flag will be switched on. If a mandate is found, it will set the latest mandate linked to this bank account as the default mandate. Security and extra validations to the offline mandate process.
Payout items on TAPP CRM (non-ERP) – Payout records will now also include payout items as well as the payout tax items.
