Subscription Plans FAQ

How do I create a Subscription Plan?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Select New Plan.
  3. Complete the required header information, including the customer, program type and any other required information.
  4. Add one or more subscription plan lines.
  5. Publish the subscription plan when it is ready to become active.
How do I add a new Subscription Plan Line?

  1. Select the required subscription plan – make sure it has been unpublished first.
  2. In the Subscription Plan Lines section, select New Plan Line.
  3. Enter the product or service details, pricing, quantities, and billing dates.
  4. Save the line.
  5. Re-publish the plan
How do I edit a Subscription Plan?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Select  the required subscription plan.
  3. Unpublish the plan.
  4. Click on Edit Plan.
  5. Modify the plan as needed.
  6. Re-publish the plan
How do I cancel a Subscription Plan?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Select  the required subscription plan.
  3. Unpublish the plan.
  4. Select Cancel Plan from the action menu.
  5. Specify the cancellation details, including the cancellation reason and whether the cancellation should also reverse any related plan actions.
  6. Confirm the cancellation.
How do I modify a Subscription Plan Line?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Select  the required subscription plan.
  3. Unpublish the plan.
  4. Select the Plan Line to modify
  5. Click on Edit Plan Line
  6. Change the required information, where possible.
  7. Re-publish the plan
How do I run the Subscription Processor manually?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Click on Subscription Processor
  3. Confirm the selections

The processor scans published subscription plans and generates the subscription actions that are due.

How do I view the generated Subscription Actions?

Generated actions can be viewed:

  1. In the Subscription Management Cockpit, where recently generated actions appear in the actions pane.
  2. On the Subscription Actions page, where all actions can be filtered, reviewed, firmed, posted, or cancelled.
How do I see which documents were generated from a Subscription Action?

  1. Open the Subscription Cockpit page.
  2. Select  the required subscription plan.
  3. Navigate to the Subscription Actions Fast Tab
  4. Click on View > View Document
