Overview
With LISA Business CRM, CRM users can sell, upsell and manage open-ended subscriptions and contracts within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Experience in Microsoft Dataverse.
Business Value
The advantage of using LISA Business CRM is that CRM users can stick to CRM and there is no need to provide them access to the Business Central ERP thus leading to clear segregation of duties and licenses between Sales and Finance users.
By virtue of using the BC <-> Dataverse connector (licensed separately), real-time synchronization of data is achieved between sales, operations and finance. In other words, two surfaces, once customer record and one end-to-end flow across CRM and ERP and across multiple teams. The CRM teams owns who the customers are and what their contract looks like, BC owns what the master data and what was billed and what was paid.
