NEW FEATURES
SubscriptionPlansV2 entity improvements (Global end date) – SubscriptionplansV2 entity improvements were included with this release, including the storing of the Global end date calculated field at entity level. This can be utilized by reports and powerBI flows which make use of this entity.
Aligning the deferral start date with revenue recognition parameter – The start date of the Subscriptions billing module deferrals, will now be aligned correctly to the correct next start date if ‘Roll up revenue recognition closed periods’ parameter on Enterprise Subscription Automation > Enterprise Subscription Automation parameters > Subscription Actions is set to true. This deferral start date will reflect the correct date based on which open period is next, rather than stopping the process of deferment altogether.
Introducing currency field on subscription actions entity – The currency field has been added on the subscription actions table. The field will not affect any firming/posting functionality and will only show the currency of the related document that it will create so that it can be used for filtering / analytical purposes. For renewal notice type actions, the currency field is not relevant and will remain null since no document is created from this action type. The documents created from such actions will still inheirt the currency from the subscription plan lines.
