Next Reason Code – In the parameters form it is now possible to set a new field called “Next reason code”. When configured this will automatically be inherited to all new subscription plan lines created. On new subscription plan lines the default from the parameters can be accepted or changed by the user. This allows to have more granular control on reason codes as you can control what the reason code for the next cycle will be. The HARP BusinessPro process will overwrite the original reason code with the next reason code when taking the subscription plan lines to the next cycle. The existing reason code functionality linked to renewals, cancellations, auto-cancellations etc still applies.
Minimum Consumption Usage – For subscriptions of type consumption is it now possible to specify a minimum consumption amount per line. The resulting actions cannot be firmed if the actual consumption amount is below the minimum amount. Also, in case of consumption meterage, if the consumption reported by the meter is lower than the minimum consumption set on the subscription plan line this is automatically rounded up to the minimum for the period.
