This release is an ad-hoc release of GoCardless for Dynamics 365 Business Central – TAPP to address upcoming changes introduced by GoCardless. GoCardless has started rolling out an update that increases the length of resource identifiers across various entities, including Payment IDs, Refund IDs, Payout IDs, and other related references.
This update is mandatory for all customers using the GoCardless for Dynamics 365 Business Central – TAPP, as the change is being applied by GoCardless to production environments from 25 August 2025. Failure to upgrade before this date may result in errors during payment processing, reconciliation, or data synchronization.
